I cant login it hangs on 'one thumb mobile ' screen and Ive restarted phone, reseated battery, tried several times still it hangs. What can I do?

are you a new player it only happens when you have downloaded only the client and not the additional file .. coz if servers down you must be on loading screen and showing servers in red .. maybe try to reinstall the game make sure you downloaded the whole 500mb+

No I am not new player however I uninstalled and reinstalled game now I can login. Tyvm for your help.
