Since I didn't realize that there was a closed beta when is the open one?

When the closed is closed. (Joke of the year)

Closed beta's ended as of this morning. I'd say expect open beta to begin with the next few days if not by the end of this week

OTM has to fix reported bugs, and submit the new build to Apple to approve. After that open beta can start. I would guess open beta might start week after next, with Ostara coming sometime in April. Just a guess though.

As Bitey said we are currently working through player feedback and bugs for a second re submission

Beta on android is held in another app, ios through Testflight system.

Tho it's over sadely now, but when open come you can still visit the android app ( create new character) and see what is there ...
