The Tower Guard that gives you the Daily/Weekly quests in Otherworld looks amazing. He has much more detail and gives off the feeling of power. This goes for the Hounds of Ruin and the Weekly Boss in Otherworld as well.
Will this new Tower Guard skin be replacing the old ones in Gelebron's Tower? I know that the Fashion Charms may be effected as well..But I would love to see this new skin implemented in game.
What are other's opinions?

Was the Fugitive dude tested on, making him look tarnished? So he escaped and came here, and met up with the vendor? Was the vendor already his friend? Did the vendor help him escape? Did the Hunting Party and Hounds of Ruin attack Azhar? So.. Mysterious, as the above post says..
