Does anyone know if any of the update changes would have caused light heal and long shot to be interrupted even more than before?

I haven't made any changes in my setup and am still hunting in the same places, but am having lots more interruptions in the cast for these skills specifically.

Is there anything I can change, add, or do to decrease the casting interruptions?

Low lvl ranger (126) with stat distribution like this : str 1, dex 2, foc (just the base 10 pts), vit 1 and the final pt alternating between dex and str
