I am a really big WOW player, I probably been playing it for about 6 years, what I was wondering if OTM will ever decide to come out a Skype over ticket answer type of thing, for example if person gets his or her account disabled, it can be done in about 5 or less minutes if person knows the info to their account. But yes I know some people are uncomfortable to speak over Skype which they can use the normal mail system but for those that would like to speed it up it would work the best.

#2Maybe we can directly chat with the support team. Like we send ticket and they contact us on the forum. I've had problems on an other game and they msged me the same day on something like a forum. And they solved the problem the same day.

#5I have been buying a lot of plat over the years thousands of pounds worth in total and I have still been waiting for over 3 weeks for a reply.
I have tried to contact in game support
I have tried to email
I have even tried to speak with the Facebook page
And now I am trying to find out here, what is the wait time for otm to get back to us it used to be a day or 2 now I'm hearing it takes months for a reply.
Has otm support given up?

#7Found your emails, the first (3 weeks ago) did not have enough account information to process the Appeal.
Your second (Received on Thursday) did and you should receive a reply from our Appeals Team as soon as possible.

Thank you bud, also I wasn't aware of what information was required.
Would it not be possible for support to be able to send a auto reply email saying what info is required after each mail recieved this would help many people understand what's needed and not be waiting for a reply they won't receive. Just an idea but thanks for looking into this for me

They require a large amount of account information to verify account security.
I believe for your first email the stock require more details email was sent but may have not been received.
