how long does it take to restore droped items to your character and for the community or admin to respond

from my experience with the admins, around 2 and half weeks, or 17-ish days

Dropped items are very easy for us to fix, so it should be very quick, what really helps is to make the support request as clear as possible.

So for example if you make a support request or post on the support forum with something like this you should get a very quick response, because it tells us what is wrong and the information we need to fix the issue:

subject: accidentally dropped item
message: My rogue A in world B accidentally dropped item C on date D. Please restore it.

Here is an example of something thats hard for us to fix because it gives us no information on how we can help, for example what the character was and what item was lost:

subject: sucks
message: this game sucks I lost my item i am going to quit if it doesn't come back in 1 hour

i just posted something on support and they havent responded
