+1 I did the Mobile Strike one about a year ago and received neither platinum nor a response to my ticket. All of the ones just requiring opening of the apps or completion of tutorials have worked for me though.

It always tends to work with different apps but just not with Celitc heroes.. I give up

I wont do native x any more for this reason. I wasted time leveling on some stupid app I had no interest in. Did not get plat, sent an email...never heard anything.

The sonic ads only work 1/2 the time for me. But now they have the missing plat option at the bottom of their ad screen. I have submitted 4 or 5 tickets with screenshots and they have given me my missing plat within 30 minutes. Exception. Those stupid register, or enter your email ads. They just take you in circles, get your info, and NEVER give u plat.

I got the offer hours late and it went on the wrong account when it did come. I asked support to move it I really hope they can.

Thank for bringing this to our attention heroes, programming are going to look into the issue further and see if there are any problems with the Offerwall services.
