Question to otm.

I know alot of people want to be moved to another server because we are sick of being harassed all the time. Yall not up keeping your own rules we've spend quiet some dollars on the game yet you can't help paying customers. Otm been saying in a future update for months and don't give a timeline for it. We are even willing to pay to transfer our accounts away so we can have fun again. We've invested alot of time and money on our toons and it's our right to get transfer if yall don't even keep your own sales terms.

So how I see it get us a transfer or give us our money back. As of now you broken 5 of your own sales terms. Make it right or give us a refund!!!!

AND DON'T LOCK THIS WITHOUT EVEN A ANSWER THAT'S SO RUDE I'M A PAYING CUSTOMER!!!!!!!

Hi Kenny,

We have previously replied to this question via PMs / Email with yourself and other clan members.

While it is relatively simple to transfer characters to a clean beta server there is currently no system in place for transferring between live game servers.

This is a feature we hope to have in the future but currently has no set release date.

We'll it's quiet simple then . Yall take down the server for updates maintenance new events and new sales. Atm it isn't a life server. I can get you a list off people who want to transfer. Some already moved some just quit waiting for a transfer. Why don't yall give those people who payed alot a one time server transfer and do it in the time the server is down anyways?

You know why those people quit and you have seen the evidence of it. He they even said so themselves here on the forum it's there for everyone to read.

Maybe you can listen to your paying customers and put in the little extra time needed.

I'm curious. What does make transferring to a live server different than beta?

Duplicate in game names seems like about the only issue here. That and emptying a world of certain old Event Items. Also the fact that this may cause havoc with constant moves due to players who can't decide.

But like Kenny said, these people payed to get their toon where it is today and it'd be nice if they had the choice to do what they want with it.

Agreed but like I said give them a one time server switch. Over 20 people quit due to harassing ks on lix and so on and so on. The clan that did it is suffering now to and keeps asking if we want to come back. When you get followed to all bosses the whole day just so they can pull adds and or try to let you fail not so they can kill it themselves just to harass is over the top and made alot of players just quit. Most of them still want to play but not on that server anymore. Above that they account share just so they can make us wasted more lixes or fail at the end bosses. Otm seen that and banned a few but gave them back the accounts so the crap started all over again. Like I said they need to come up with a solution for us. Either a transfer or a refund. If this would go to court in Europe they would have a big problem. There's enough proof that they are lacking to enforce there own sales terms on multiple times. So this is our final request to otm to make it right. And for the names just add a 1 or something that ain't that hard.

Looks like they just don't care nor want to put effort in it to make there customers happy again.

As I said in my last post server transfers are currently an unsupported feature.

We will not be transferring players at this time.

It's all about the money money money that's the theme song of otm. Shame they make up excuses for not transferring toons. It's a great game but some a holes can destroy one server and otm should take responsibility for not enforcing there owns sales terms. But again it's all about the money money money. Shame most would pay for a transfer.

But I guess otm doesn't care about the customers and just want more cash. Great way to run a company leaving customers unhappy. Great job otm customer service where's the dislike button uuuummmm yeah can't find that either.
