I sometimes play Celtic heroes on bluestacks and my mouse has access to macro keys but are they allowed?

It's a grey area if you are actually there at the keyboard. Technically no they are not allowed but I doubt anyone is going to enforce it. Just don't bot while you are afk because that has resulted in temp and perm bans.

The graphics quality are so low on pc

Would not recommend it, probably would fall under botting territory and a bannable offence.

Reason for my above post is people have been outright botting completely afk for hours on end on my world, with repeat requests to support to look into it and nothing has been done.

A few extremely excessive people who didn't log off for days straight were banned (only temp ban and no punishment for all the loot sent to mains if what I know is right), that seems to be what you need to do to actually have OTM take action.

So use of a few macros while you actually play dosent seem to likely if actual botters aren't punished.

Botting is a absolute pain to check / deal with as it means we have to actually go into game with a toon on level and find the exact spot the person is botting (Hopefully they are online and not in a diff time zone). Then do additional account checks just to be sure.

If you suspect someone of botting best to PM myself and I will look into it.

It depends. In alot of online games 3rd parties have actually created lucrative businesses by power leveling players through bot programs. Although I'm not sure how someone could do that through apple and on a 3 inch phone screen lol. Maybe the android servers could be hacked though. Androids security measures are much more lax.

I read over entire tos and didnt find anything on using 3rd party software in this way. If this is a bannable offense please list it in the policies area and please allude to the tos location.
