Patch Notes – Under the Hammer Update

Hey Heroes,

Today we have a quick rundown of all the major changes in the soon to be released Celtic Heroes Under the Hammer update!

Update Changes

- Auction House
Farcrag Castle now plays host to a fully-fledged Auction House! Heroes will be able to sell their hard won gear and goods to each other by entering the Auction House of Padraig MacLir, located between the Arena Entrance and the Bank!

- Barber Shop
Heroes who fancy a change in appearance can now visit Mairtin Hynd, barber and stylist extraordinaire, and re-customise their character! Acquire some Barbershop Coupons from the platinum store and pay him a visit within the Guild Alley of Farcrag Castle!

- XP Curve Update
The long-awaited change to the levelling curve has arrived! Low to mid-levelled heroes will now find themselves levelling up faster than before while they quest throughout the lands of Dal Riata and beyond!

- Main Questline Expansion
The main questline that takes heroes throughout the Otherworld has been further expanded, offering more quests to assist in bolstering and strengthening yourselves. Heroes who have completed all of the Spirit of the Warden’s quests and are ready to move on with the storyline should visit him by the Fortress Outskirts leystone in the Otherworld and see what more they can do.

- Charm Shop
Conall the Charming of Farcrag Castle has two new types of charm available for purchase. Charm Tokens that can be traded for these charms (and all existing charms!) can be found in Premium Chests.
WARNING: Lord MacLir’s guards will not be held responsible for any case of mistaken identity that may arise as a result of heroes impersonating members of the Blackstone Cabal, no matter how stylish their many-coloured robes may appear.

- Inventory and UI Changes
The ability to use custom filters has been added to the inventory menu.
The “emote” pane is now displayed as a list.
Additionally, the character preview of the inventory screen now shows heroes standing in an appropriate instance of the zone they are currently in.

- Bounty Rebalancing
Some of the higher level bounties added in the previous update have had their difficulties rebalanced, based on player feedback.

- Spring of Life (Druid Skill)
The Druid skill “Spring of Life” has been updated. It now instantly restores an amount of health to resurrected heroes. In addition, it also prevents the resurrected heroes from receiving the “Dismounted” status effect.

- Mount Whistle Exploit Fix
You can no longer hot swap items while dead to prevent the dismounted effect.

Hmm may have to rethink spring of life now depending on how much health it restores...

Still useless. By the time the Druid has targeted that player and starts to cast they've already used an idol to get back into the fight

Love the auction house feature. Dislike having only 5 free slots and a maximum of 30. Should be 30 free and maximum of 100.

Also dislike the deposit. The auctioneer is already getting a cut of items sold.

Also having problems sending mail from one character to another. After selecting the items to mail, and when I hit 'OK' it doesn't leave the 'my inventory to send to character's screen.

Am I the only one?

Looks like items are disappearing from inventory after update. Logged out and back in and some items were gone from my inventory. This needs to be fixed urgently

I purchased a new charm and equipped it. logged out to handle something. I logged back in and my charm is gone.

Hey Heroes,

We are going to briefly turn off the Auction House, don't worry, your auctions will still be there when it is re enabled.

The team are currently looking into all reports of missing items, turning off the Auction House is to ensure that it is not increasing the problem.

(Auction House should be in safe mode overnight)

Please submit an in-game Support Ticket with the full name of any missing items and the team will check your character item history logs.

Our logging system has a record of all items and when they were gained, Support will investigate submitted player tickets to ensure missing items are returned.

I will update the thread regarding restarts and downtime asap.
