This has been happening to Morrigan since Dec 2016.

This seems like more than just a delay.. We are getting message box windows that says we can't connect to the server. It's not even going to a loading screen at all.

To clarify, we did not believe this to be a personal issue.

The assumption is that because we had to ask about players connection, device etc we were passing the blame to players.

This is actually just so we can eliminate possible causes or find similar trends.

This is typical to all QA issues, we have to regardless of how mundane or pointless it may seem.

It can go on up to hours. It's not really a "delay", you just have to wait until 95% of players give up and only a dozen left trying to login. It's simple server congestion and their login server cant handle more than a few logging in at the same time.

Still waiting...
