Briefly. For almost a year if one or both parties had an inventory screen, or any screen open, it would simply not search. For example, you find a person on the map list who shouted, ask to trade, then when they accept you couldn't search. It was broken from the day it went live until shortly before the mount update. Multiple reports for months explaining exactly what was happening did not seem to hasten the fix.

Overall the search function has been broken/bugged more than actually working.

Yep it was broken for a long time but they finally got it to work and then took it away.

Anyone got a link to a bug report thread regarding the issue?

I'll discuss it further with QA.

Was reported much earlier than that. In fact it was reported on the same they as Under the Hammer update was released in iOS

I kinda use it to find my different fash pieces because I my fash Inventorys flooded .__.

But still no chicken helm
