Hey I personally like the way the drops are done.. I HATE the idea of harder ones drop 3 and easier ones drop 1 like Stonevale is (Brutus/falgren, crumble/spire etc). It is just plain boring.. I like the element of surprise with a boss drop. However, I completely agree with you, it is sort of unfair that the harder bosses, as in All-Knowing One, Swamp King, Chained Emporer etc.. Don't drop any crests. But remember, 1crest drop is half a Glacial armour upgrade for someone..
The best thing I can think of to satisfy both parties is -
Easier bosses -
All-Seeing one
The Swamp Lord
The Chained King
Should drop completely random, but please max the orb drop per boss to 4.. There is still drops such as Sapwine, Bladewine etc.. Aswell as Banes.. 8 orbs, no wine potions and no banes really sucks..
Harder Bosses -
All-Knowing One
The Swamp King
The Chained Emporer
Should drop Guarenteed 1 Crest, but the rest be random, with a MAX of 4 orbs being dropped. So you know you will get 1crest, but you could only get 1.. Or you could get 3 or 4.. Still keeps the element of surprise in the drop which I personally find the most entertaining thing
Also, my personal opinion is that the Wine potions don't last for long enough.. 1k resistance for 60seconds seems a bit pathetic for a boss drop.. I personally think 5 minutes seems a reasonable time. For most bosses, that is still only around 1/5th of the fight for an average clan.. Would be interesting to see who agrees and who disagrees
