Does the current provider facilitate a migration path to another provider? You have no idea.
Can OTM afford to switch to a more upscale provider? You have no idea.
Muldar explicitly says that he can't give a reliable ETA for service restoration, and the first words out of your fingers are to ask him for an ETA anyway.
I have spent many hundreds of dollars on CH, now in my sixth year, and you know what OTM owes me for that? The things that I bought. Period. Sure, I need a place to use them, but not 24/7/365. You didn't like the TOS? You shouldn't have accepted it then.
You all need to get the following things, in this order:
