What is he for? He doesn't sell back dropped items like it seems like he would.

If you lose your Signet of Lir he'll sell it to you.

Are you sure that he sells the Signet if u dropped it? Because I dropped mine recently and he still doesnt sell anything.

If he sells back dropped items, id say we need more of this npcs. I just dropped meteor weapon, cause i have a better one in mainhand and i needed space in bank. No one told me that i need it to get frozen, dl, edl and so on. In my opinion it would be nice to see more of those drop item sell back npcs!
