I'll continue to contradict because everything that comes out of your mouth at this point is you just trying to save your precious fashion... not to mention you are heavily outnumbered

I'm trying to stop you jealous lazy players from getting the same advantages as the older, more dedicated players, and find no shame in saying it. However, this is beyond that, because we are talking about server economies in a whole, not just individuals.
I see now you just don't want to lose face in front of those that "outnumber" us, and don't care if your points make sense.
Now tell me this, what's wrong with fashion rarity. You guys are so infatuated with the idea of cheap white lanrik and hunter you fail to see the big picture. I suggest you try to learn a little about economics, it's a fascinating area of study.

Although I'd rather keep valuable items to being refunded. I do think that would be fair. I looked through what I own and estimated that I own around 12-13m in charms and around 17-18m in other fash. I don't see how it would be fair to just lose it all.

Nonsense.

Stop talking about how much your fashion is worth, we don’t care. With any "investments" there are risks. Most like us old players (of course stereotypical to Dark Times description) have some of our fashion sets yet to be completed. I buy plat. I work for plat. Give us chests back. Now bring your worries somewhere else.

Also you were one of the first to buy those chests of plat players lol!

Bring it all back or don't bring it back. Bring back camo charms and growth charms and the hat and mask quests. No reason not to be able to collect party crowns and lugh and huntsman masks if they're gonna bring back old fashion.

Investment in stocks is a risk. Investment in items that weren't intended to be brought back isn't supposed to be a risk. I've never bought fashion as an investment. I've never cared what my black hunter or frost guard or sun ammy might be worth. But I think if a company makes a guarantee that they aren't going to bring back items, they shouldn't. Do not label items like only available during Samhain 2015 if it's going to return in 2017.

lol no, I bet you're just trying to defend some rares you own and you don't care if it was advertised as "limited edition" because who honestly cares about that.

I have rares but I don't care about their value. I just spent 1.5 mil on a jotun charm and 2.7 mil on some fg pants. I'd never get that back if I sold them but I didn't buy them for their value. I just traded over a white hunter hat, turq fg pants, and purple hunter pants for black hunter gloves and yellow hunter pants. I'd have made way more if I sold the items I had vs what I received but I like the yellow hunter pants more because of the color. I don't collect sets, just the pieces I like and will keep and use. I've sold masks and charms for 50k that I could have made 10x that. The value of items isn't something I care about. What I care about is the integrity of when someone says something, they stick with their word.

If otm is going to lie to the old players and bring chests back then I agree with what zyz said somewhere- everything needs to be brought back (all fash, all mounts, instruments, kites, hats like coven and lugh, and shrink/growth/camo charms). There's no point in bringing back items if it's all not going to come back. There should either be items that you can't get or items that you can get and not a mixture of both.
