I never use android so not sure what this message means?

At a rough guess, the phone hasn't got enough internal storage. Go to android settings, then look for storage. Will tell you how much has been used rather how much remains, so will need to calculate remaining space. CH needs a little under 700MB.
I'm guessing that message is old and dates back to when, in android terminology, the system data partition was considered internal storage and user data partition considered as external storage.

Probably don't have enough storage my guess or to many of games or whatever you have downloaded , Could always buy a memory chip

Android is the best phone to play ch on I have a galaxy s8+ and. iPhone 7+ and Android is better by far

Do you have sd apple? Alot of apps require you to have it. Not all data stays on the phone
