I'm not using a hotmail email address I'm usin a gmail but every time I try to register my account I get an email asking me to click the link to finish registering my account but I'm unable to click the link. Does anyone have a solution to this plz help

I have tried contacting support for weeks now. Always getting responses with "please give us more details, levels and characters on the account". I give every bit of information I can remember for the 3 years I have been gone. There should really be no need to give that information, when you know the email it is linked to and I'm asking a reset on the same email.. While I asked for a reset for my main on my alt, my alt was then locked out of the account? How does this even make sense..

I'm sorry to say, but in these 5+ years I have been playing, OTM has always been quick to respond, but there is no such thing atm. I'm a patient guy, but getting every ticket I send, returned with the same questions is annoying me.
