Celtic Heroes

Hi I have been using the fae in SV farm area to get my evade levels higher.
Could anyone tell me I have to have my shield down or can I get away with it being up.

This sounds like something you just need to experiment with... I had a friend that would always use a Wizard's Celestial Dragonstaff for lixing abilities, bc it had good regen and 1500 to all evasions. (Abilities have improvement chance on cast, whether you dodge or not.) Might look into getting/using a mount like that if you're having issues staying alive.
