Could someone tell me till what level we get 50k xp per horn given to arbiter kester, and till what level you get the same xp on the sentinel quest? Would be greatly appreciated! Also are there anymore repeatables such as these for levels 150+?

Kelpie quest drops in xp around level 114 if I recall correctly.

Sent quest starts dropping in xp around level 145 I think.

I didn't do the kelpie quest too many times so I don't know.
Sentinel is good until 143 (pre-nerf, so probably 142 now), but after that there's a few in carrow that you can do for a few levels.

Eventually the questline will take you back into the sewers and the repeatables give decent xp past 150 (I don't know numbers of the top of my head because they're a little longer (lotta running back and forth) and only did them for a few levels).

Not anymore. They nerfed quest very recently. Its only good until like 135 ish I would say. (Sentinel quest) XP a lot lower than before. It sucks.

Since senti is nerfed, at around 136-138 I went past senti and did the repeatables at sewers. They give a bit more than senti and just keep doing them until lixing would be faster. Sadly there are not many repeatables after that, you are on your own. There are daily repeatables from floor bosses though, so thats about 200k+ xp a day.

The gap of quests between Sewers and Bridge/Tower is something that hopefully gets fixed in the coming update.
