all opinions bcz fb cd is 7 seconds only bt the thing is if u get better runestone u should prefer it over royal emberdrake imo.... nd there is thing called availability... so u have to get stuff accordingly

And yes the cooldown misc is the best, godly is the highest tier with the largest cooldown reduction then imperial and then royal, so technically godly is best but it is very difficult to find. Royal will be the most available but will probably still be quite difficult to find and pretty expensive. If you don't get one try to get the royal hellfire runestone.

There are only 2 decent branches of charms for EG mages, and the spider misc is not one of them... it’s pretty much trash any point after 180, because skill points aren’t really necessary anymore cuz you can already max ur skills through rings and other gears, same reason no EG mage should be wearing edl for their dps builds...

For fire mages the emberdrake Miscs are the current best, anything 15% and up is amazing and outdoes any other misc DPS wise. After that would be the hellfire runestones.

For ice mages your going to want 2 necro CDR braces and a howrfrost runestone, if you can’t get a necro CDR brace for shards the emberdrake misc works as well.

The name of the game at EG is direct damage boosts and CDR, skill points shouldn’t be a game changer as unless you aren’t hotswapping (for some reason) or you are using focus lux gear or prot braces or something, you should be set on skill points.

No,capped at 50

Yes... if your current cap is 35 for example and you have a +5 ring then you will have 40/35 for that skill. 50 is the maximum possible for all skills.
