How about a ley at the bottom of carrowmore for a week ( or moreee)?

That would make my week.

Double Gold:
- Caused significant price inflation (imagine how much more gold your server would have if everyone tried farming as much gold as possible for 3 days... double that)
- High levels constantly wrecked through Shalemont/SV/OW on kill frenzies, ksing low levels, ksing each other, not fun at all for those trying to level or get warden/met...
- Left Druids and Warriors in the dust, as they can't dps like the others

Double XP:
- People went from 0-150, real quick (imagine getting critical xp every kill...)
- All the sudden you have a new group of players in the endgame, heavily influencing the server dynamic and clan power balance
- Similar mayhem as with double gold, everyone and their Alts are trying to kill everything, blocking out low level mains who aren't tweaked out with gear and able to compete.
- Left druids and rangers in the dust, as they can't solo level like the others

Gamers will always abuse power, even something so innocent as double xp/gold!

I definitely agree with this, but it would also help me get back to that EG slot I was once at lol.

Difference is, we want Carrowmore carnage and double plat to come with it as a package deal. Meaning the higher levels benefit from double gold just by farming legacy bosses. I 100% guarantee there would be plenty of ways for noobs to benefit from double gold at this point, you're forgetting the last time they tried this there were far fewer bosses in the game to kill.

I can level toons to 150 in a single day currently...

And again, not everybody would be constantly leveling if it comes with a carnage event.

In many cultures and also in myths/stories, the number seven is something special.
Make this anniversary special..

▪Carrow carnage, it makes servers come back to life
▪Double bounties
These stuff is not special as its been done couple times before. What I think would special is the fireworks, the fireworks you got if you started within a week of the release or something like that..
It would be cool if you had like a seven days period and made a little quest to get fireworks with different colors and then after seven days you can remove it .. because the idea/item ingame is super cool and good. But many old players and accounts have stoped playing so you barley see any fireworks .. id like to see more of that.

It comes handy when we celebrate..

Everyone has posted pretty much the same ideas. I like:

- fireworks multi color free to all who log via daily log on table
- party hats multi color with the date on them to make them special obtain by quest (not collecting) or free to everyone who logs via daily log on table
-carnage in carrow for high end clans and in OW for mid size clans ...too often for high end clans to take it all or with same spawn times so we can’t
-double plat ofc
- a special chest that has JUST party clothes ... so we can wear them later when we have parties in the tavern! Which we actually DO! LOL. In it...A masquerade mask (to stop the whining over lugh masks), and maybe matching clothes or maybe just the masks... Cats, bunnies, dogs, horses, birds, etc, as you’d see at a masked ball.
-A jester or other special charm but ONLY for the WEEK! In the charm shop. To go with the masquerade ball theme.
- crackers daily that when you use them you get a glittery paper hat or glittery paper crown or a little horn to toot or a balloon... make this one of the daily log on table gifts too!
-Recipe for anniversary cupcakes! Great idea!!
- someone said bring back yellow skin? If you do, bring back green too! I’ll make a new green toon

What kind of celebration is it if there's no fireworks or confetti, please add those
Carnage, double plat, double bounties, 7 days of free stuff including at least 3 free chests all these are great and adds more fun to game and makes everyone feel that there's a real celebration happening, maybe also add something new like a cool mask or hat with the tag 7th year anniversary on it, bound to this event which means u only can have if u played at this event

+1 cupcakes that we cook and give awesome stats(even trolly ones) must be different kinds.

And all legacy bosses spawn every 4 hours like it was an actual event not just carrow!

I think that the point of the leveling to 150 in a day was put into a bad perspective, he meant that when 140 was the soft level cap back in 2013 and everyone who leveled over the 2-3 days of double xp to 130+ got very bored within a few months. Im not entirely sure if it would be either a bad or a good idea right now. But there are limited leveling spots for the many new alts and accounts that will get created during that period.

Not all will be leveling constantly but the ones who are not in an rivalry clan will be, and there are a lot in some clans.

Along with carrow carnage and double XP/gold gains, adjust respawn rate of all mobs to spawn 4x faster.

I don't think people appreciate just how tiring and boring it is to level from 1-220 currently. I don't see any harm in double XP during a carrow carnage weekend so everyone can benefit. If you can't level, farm bosses. If you can't farm bosses or level, farm gold. There is no way for any single clan to monopolize this type of event.
