But they do require you to be standing in direct sunlight on the west coast of Scotland to equip, so not many have had the chance to use them.I believe the level requirement is also 250 and since 240 is the player hard cap, it remains and otm employee exclusive. The description lists it as a ' Dev only speed boost. Cheaty cheaty!'
