The rogues t8 offhand does not dispel the necro ghosts cloak. Is this a bug/glitch or was this intentional? I for one as a dedicated ghost rogue would love to have the t8 spite dispel ghosts cloak.

QS or SS or both don’t?

Pretty sure its intentional, but VR can confirm. Further example, new druid offhand skills don’t dispel ghost dot, nor do they get rid of gele debuff. Seems like the different offhands are intended to be used for different occasions rather than being a straight upgrade.

Quick Strike does, Shadow Strike doesn’t.

Also, the Quickstrike one overwrites EDL / DL spite whereas the ShadowStrike doesn’t.

I’m assuming that’s because the QS rondel is the 3/0 of the same skill from EDL and DL spites, which are 2/0 and 1/0; Whereas the ShadowStrike rondel is a new skill entirely.

Good to know, would be nice if other classes’, and the other rogue offhands would all keep their previous usage if the qs one does.
