So if you played runescape you will remember that the holiday event items dropped on their are non tradable. This makes the old readable rare hats like party hats and holloween masks so valuable.
I think we have enough rare tradable items to start making everything dropped in the forthcoming holiday events to be non tradable. This will start the process of building value to the rare items which are out now. ( pumpkin helm, witch hat, Santa hat, jack frost, etc. )

There will come other items given to everyone in the game. Even the noobs will recieve it and later on when they are the pro's and the old pro's are gone then will they be the guys with rares.
It is just the old generation who got the real rares that's notmal but everyone will be in the old generation once

Don't be mad because you weren't playing when they where dropped... I DESERVE to make money for being wise and waiting for people to realize the items I possess are and will become valuable. I actually love it when people try to tell me or anyone that the items are worthless.... Sigh... Just wait fellas... Just wait...
Pumpleroots, pumpleroot hearts ( very few of these in existence ), pumpkins, Witch brews, and candles happen to be the only TRADABLE holiday even quest items. I hope it continues to stay that way.
If you notice... Snowmen, and the Christmas presents are NON tradable from the Christmas event.
( I have no clue why the new presents are tradable but it actually kindof works out for the best for me since I'll be abe to collect allot of those )
