I just wanted to say thank you for the developers attempts at responsiveness to the voice of you player community. For those players who do not know this is by no means a real norm in MMO's. Perhaps the developers do not respond directly or exactly to every 'complaint' or suggestion or always get it exactly right, but there is clearly a willingness to understand the player's gaming experience and continuously improve that. Thank you.

Yes, and people more often then not take advantage of this opportunity. Its good to recognize this every now and then.
