I keep seeing on the updates with the issues with the new update that faction mine have not been restored I have done all they sent them a request with my name and server. Can I get an up date on what's going on have I lost all my work trying to get to level 4 faction I was at almost 3 1/2 before the update is all lost?

Is anyone else having this problem?

My player name is anunnaki and I'm on Epona server please restore my faction points I have sent this last Thursday and nothing I want to to hit level 4 faction others say they have had their points restored please restore mine

Yep still missing mine, 202 rogue on lir named captainfathootz, found 3 ppl on Facebook and in game that have also had their faction restored, I leveled back up to friendly (t2) just to farm around gardens without worry of every damn mob attacking me

I was going for t4! Ive already sent a mail on Friday and I’ve already done what they asked. Im Dany9898-Lugh-Warrior-lvl 221. Please restore my Faction Points

(Now im t3 cuz while im waiting to get my points back im farming shards, but i was like t3 + 2/5)
