Regarding the phantom ring and the other 2 similar rings.
Jake suspects that Superior bosses might drop them. This might be true because my friend just got a superior staff from a normal 4* ghost, so maybe superior weapons from 3 selected bosses got removed and given to normal mobs so that those 3 new rings could take their place.

Cool wand, but wasted proc... if only it had been a pierce lure skill instead of a poison weapon proc on a wand... oh well... a mage can dream of decent weapons :/

There was a brace, I can’t remember the stats of it though but there is a drop.
If I’m correct it’s one of those sexy damage braces.

Think that one drops a random class weapon (dagger, wand, sword, totem, bow) with same proc/similar stats.

Ikr. Im yet to find out how these wands are being designed.
"Do Mages use auto attack?
"No."
"Oke, lets give them Magic and Poison damage and a proc for auto attack."

On the other hand, the other stats look decent for that level.

Nah probably got removed from the game without them telling us just like apostate was. That thing has been camped 24/7 in multiple servers and not a single person has gotten one since they patched it.
