#40Eh, blast CDR BT ring is a pretty big DPS loss for most EG players. Even the shards one is a DPS loss. 1000 blast damage from mordy brace just doesn't match or even come close to losing 1500+ shards damage in losing a gele or BT shards ring in that slot.CD rings from BTrip where is the shards&blast CD gear .-.

For fire mages the bolt CDR ring is a BIS because the only other bolt CDR is a wep or a misc, for wep gele wand better if you can get CDR elsewhere and the misc, well ring beats smolach misc on a net DPS analysis.
For ice mages though, the double CDR brace set up still wins unless you have no lag ever and are trying to CDR swap.
