not sure what to do with this kid. Saved him from some warnings, gave him temp ban for making multiple forum accounts. Right now he made a topic and spammed post in it which is against the rules. When I'm finished with my lunch I will take a look at him and see what I can do...

Spamming
This refers to clear and implied language which:
Communicates the same phrase, a similar phrase, or pure nonsense in an excessive manner.
And I think your language violates some other rules as well.
