Can anyone confirm whether it has been removed or it is still a thing?
Haven't seen one in ages and I'm trying to complete the regulus quest or whatever it's called.
All of the other 5* mobs spawn very frequently.

Same, I have not seen in boss in forever, he is my last to kill on that quest.

Scion has a place holder whereas the others don’t. It takes a long time to make it spawn but it does spawn.

Spawns in ghost pathway if you didnt know, if you enter from the fortress ley hes on the left by the glowing rock thing
