Open trade servers.

Which servers, beside Epona, have open trade policies on end game boss loot.

I’m looking to come back after being gone for a couple years and want to level up a character on a server that has open world trading on end game drops. Is there any servers that the end game clans have that policy?
World - Gwydion - semi retired in 2020
- restarted in 2022 on Herne - 220 (rogue)

There is only the auction house available.
