Tbh I had high hopes of DECA being better but it's still mediocre support ngl. They reply a little faster but still the same unfairness of "you're guilty of commiting a crime you're going to jail" you file an appeal and the judge retells you what he already told you. How can you justifiably appeal with this. It's just insane it honestly is bro how do you expect players to trust you when doing this? I am not feeling the incentive to pay hundreds I'm just sayin..

I thought they would be able to correct VR’S wrongs but not... VR unjustifiedly banned many people

I'm starting to think some players just bribed VR to ban ppl they don't like that's the only thing I can think of. I heard of it happening before since ownership of the game switched to them.

Here's my problem with that I'm sorry but how do you call lixing for hours on end to hit 220 something that even remotely relates to what my accounts banned for? Cause that's what I was doing weeks before I try logging in the next day and see I'm banned. This is why we want to see evidence. If it happened to you you would feel the same way if you did nothing but being told you committed a crime and locked away under that note. I was hoping to have my account back because I am a f2p player and I grinded for hours on end for years to have what I have since 2015 even tho I quit I saw Deca took the game and thought I had a shot oh well. I see plat buyers always able to play again after being banned guess I'm not special am I. I know that I didn't have internet for a little while so when I went somewhere with public wifi I would log on when I could I thought that this could be a possibility and I can definitely prove that was all me logging in I only used the same device. But how can I prove this is a mistake if I can't know what happened on their end to result in the ban. How can anyone prove it if for a year and a half you try every 6 months pleading to be told what you did but all you get told is "an additional review of this account suspension has been completed we have confirmed our initial findings the action taken will not be removed or changed" every time. Like, how is that an appeal? What did you do sarcastically say "oh well let's look again, *2 seconds later* yep you're guilty" from my understanding the purpose of appeals is for the cases when you know for certain that you're innocent. If this is what your appeals is just get rid of them and blatantly say "once you get banned innocent or not your account is done for" you'd save more money that way than paying them for their "hard work"

I'm pretty sure nuada got banned for duplicating items but I wouldn't doubt some people are innocent there too knowing it happened to me. At this point I've seen people unknowingly buy "duplicated" chests from players and get banned days later for it. If this is what goes on this game will continue to die and won't come back especially if in this scenario where u buy duplicated chests and you try to explain "yeah I bought some chests from this level 1 yesterday I had no idea" and then they respond with some copy and paste message that they won't do anything and sorry for your luck but you can create a new account. I'm not spending money on a game if I'm going to be walking on egg shells everytime I use gold to buy platinum chests it's just robbery. I would love to play the game again and invest in making it a more enjoyable experience but not in this state it is in right now.

Maybe I’m wrong, but if both companies denied your appeals multiple times, then you probably did something to get banned. They have some evidence your account (or a previous account) violated TOS, and therefore they are not going to unban you.

It is an alt that was banned and I did nothing. I went offline for a year and came back decided to level it and as I hit 207 the next day its banned.
All I am asking is to see why it was banned. I don't believe there could possibly be any evidence because I didn't do anything. And if there is it is bogus and they were bribed to ban me. I can disprove whatever it is I'm certain because I didn't do anything.

Luckily it wasn’t my main account and just an alt Druid I was trying to level up for my clan. Got to 157 before I was banned on that account. I sent in a request and got the generic response. A friend of mine was banned but it was for only two weeks for the same thing. I believe he was only banned for two weeks because he bought plat on that account. I never spent any money my alt account so I think they just permanently banned it for that reason. Only thing that pissed me off was that I was fishing with him and I gave him two royal fishing power rings that I’ll never get back.

But see you bought it so you had to accept it would happen. Not to discredit your words or pass judgement by no means Imagine if you created it and grinded for hours day and night riposting pirates and farming to have gold to dump into lixing because you were a kid and seeing it all flash before your eyes that you're banned and you know that it must be a mistake and misunderstanding but after pleading to be told the reason why, all you get is some copy and paste message that they won't do anything and they don't have too.

There was a person handing out 25m gold to everyone, those who took it got banned and some eventually perma banned and most who are perma were trying to hide the gold across multiple accounts too, not everyone of course. Idk if they found that dude who handed all that gold

If that's true then that's just horrible on VR's part imo. I only heard rumours that nuada duped a bunch of stuff like gear n such and the whole clan/server was in on it doing it seems very drastic for such a thing :/ what was the "reason" I wonder ?
