i was wondering if the summer event would either last until the next holiday patch (halloween) or will be removed thru a patch at the end of summer. If admin is still debating about this i would like to suggest keep event until halloween patch because me and many others will be on vacation and miss the event all summer:(

The plan is to keep it in until the next update at which point there would be new content. I am guessing it will be sometime in September, however this is just a pure guess I really don't know exact dates.

I was wondering if there would be another double plat as part of this event? Like a number of others I started playing right at the beginning of the Anniversary Event after hearing Teaweasel talk about it on Massively Portable. I didn't take advantage of the double plat as much as I might have given I had been playing for less than a week when it happened.

Ps - I love the game and the excellent community presence on the board. It's a nice change of pace from some others mobile mmos.

Even if we are talking the very last day in September this is only a little over 6 weeks from now. It was my understanding that "update" content, unlike "patch" content, usually needed beta testing. We were told the most recent beta testing was shut down and that a new beta testing team would be created and applications taken again for the next content needing beta test.

So, is the content for the next update something that has already been beta tested? Or is it a very small update that does not need beta testing? Or will you be opening applications again soon in which case it will likely be later than September when we see the update?

Yeah, lol it was actually Admin who had told me it was their next planned date but wasn't concrete.

Kasha, apple only allowed a certain ammount of beta testers( and udids) a year and scince its still the same year I doubt that thier will be many new beta testers but there will be a lot of the old

Will the flying carpet vendor remain? If not, will he return? I would like to get a carpet but I would like to save up for sultan if I have the time. If not I would like to grab one before they are gone for good.
