Its been over a week and I still have no reply from the support on the Celtic heroes app. I made a support request and they have no emailed me back, I am wondering what to do. Please help, thanks!

Dude i onow the feeling carnt get on my account because it says iv inserted the wrong password iv messaged supportany times no reply really considering just giving up on this game

If you've submitted a Support request using the in-game tool, the team will process your issue, however it may take several days as the team is currently dealing with a very large number of requests.

Please be assured though that the team will deal with your issue as soon as they can.

yes i just got a reply, today, but this is no help! i do not want to share what it said my username was but it did not work. it said my username was ------- and i tried it with the same password and still did not work. i need to talk to someone in person who knows how to deal with this and not take days and days for a reply that did no help. thanks!
