How about working on making the servers more stable. Thought the move to the cloud would improve things but its somehow worse than before its laggy AF on epona

There is no reason to discuss ban appeals in the forum.
The only instance that can assist you is the support.

If there is evidence for a violation of our ToS, the support is not going to revoke the punishment.
