Ok, I'm lying. I haven't found them, but rumor has it they are spread throughout and I have been told about a location in Shale tho I have yet to find the specific guy.

They will be lvl 30-50 non hostile 4* wyverns spawning in various places in lir's.

This should give some lower levels a chance to get a few bits of the summer items.

Are they easily solo-able by a lvl 70?

What will the new spawn times be for the dragons? Also can you tell us where the wyverns will spawn, and thier spawn timings too?:)

I think the moon guys are in all the zones, not 100% sure though best check with players who have received the masks.

Do dragoncults drop moon mask admin?
