Re: The real reason high levels are leaving

I read all your posts. I am a lvl 120 mage.

If the topic of general discussion is discussing how the game could be improved, I think this is in the right forum.

I'm not comparing this to wow, but I do think we could learn something about how long it takes to get to max level. Obviously people in that game dont quit right when they get to max level, they start alts and do daily/weekly quests.

I would love to start a few alts (just the way the game is right now) of interesting builds and spend money on sigils ect. But I log on to my level 8, 8, or 21 alt and realize how much time it will take and get discouraged. I'm just like; I'll just let other people make druids and tanks ect.

If it wan't so daunting I would love to have a few alts. I know their are die hards that do but it isn't the norm.

Nerfed Mage ~140
Why play a class where skills cost more than other classes for same damage?
Why play a class with no auto attack?
Why play a class with 1/3 the armor?
Why play a caster?

Copy this sig! :)

One thig really needed is rare spawn mobs in every area that DROP SOMETHING THAT IS AT LEAST USEFUL FOR THE LVL OF MOB KILLED.

I would play ffxi just to camp rare spawns, and u can farm while tryig to spawn. Im still jot sure why lvl 150 wyvern lord drops me a glass ring.....srsly, wtf.

The only worthy dps armor in whole game comes from a event lvl 140 boss that i cant even get in grp mostly if i do see it? Im ready to quit ( me and my 3 lvl 100 alts)
