Gate watcher in OW dropped a quartz dagger that is bind as well. It sucks cause u can't even try it on to see what it makes your stats.

and the lvl req on the wep seems too high... if a lvl 70 is using that wep then they must have somethin wrong....

Yup, that's true. A lvl 70 should be using a quartz weapon and quartz weapons are A LOT better than that mace. It seems to me that weapon drops almost always suck. They should change it to like a "Bloodthirsty Mace of Embers" with like 60 damage and 3750 attack speed or more preferably, add totally different weapons that don't look the same as other weapons. ( -__-)
