I got a blue vanguard mask from a dragoncult mob, level 143 two stars in aggy cave.

That's super lucky. I've leveled from level 143-150 in Aggy Cave since they put in the cultists, and for those who know that place, you know that's a lot of wyverns and cultists. Yeah we kill the roaming cultists during our rounds and never seen a mask bearer spawn. Some of us are camping the cultists too trying to get the Cult Assassins and Cultist Marksmen to spawn so that place is busy, still no luck on moon masks.

Maybe the chance to spawn was originally .001% and they doubled it to .002%
