It says 2011 halloween patch on its description, so i dont think that it will be coming back, presides many people have sold and bought them alot of people would feel ripped off if they came back, i know i would if i payed 1,000,000+ gold for one then a month later they're on sale at a vendor for 200,000 gold.Where was the Broom of Doom dropped from? Was it a lux item? I wasn't playing a lot during Halloween, but it's coming soon. Next month, if u call that soon

The most expensive items, even in the real world, are the rarest items. Why do you think the 1931 Bugatti Royale is the most expensive car in the world? Because there were only 6 of them made ever.
In Morrigan only 2 Broom of Dooms exist (or at least still held by active accounts).
It's not for sentimental reasons why people want them, it's for their rarity and uniqueness. It's human nature.
