Well I really like the look of those gauntlets , i got mines already, but i m dissapointed about THE stats and THE skill.
THE stats rnt really good for à warrior , they ar good for mages tho.
THE skill, 1 cold dmg is really low and the cooldown time is too long.

You just have the gauntlets, which gives +3 skill. The other armor pieces will probably give more bonuses to the Shroud of Spirits skill which will increase the damage.
Don't say the skill sucks because you just have 3 points on it.

I really hope the quest stays beyond the event. Finally decent armour for mages!

I dig the armor, but it should remain as event armor and go away at the new year. The limited item events add a unique diversity to this game not found in many others.

The mage gloves seem to be.

It makes me sad that special event gloves give me a better armor than (currently) end-stage quest gloves. More proof that non-special-event mage armor is poorly designed.

If this is going ti stay can you make the armours recieved in this event "Halloween 2012" not that it will have any signficance

Ya that would be great.

Ones gotten during the event would stand apart from those gotten later.

I like this idea, helps both groups of people.

1. people who want a reward from doing it quickly and get it done during the event.

2. people who want the armor but can't get it quickly enough.

I think it is but I love it so far. Even great for a Druid. The focus bonus is nice along with all the evasions. Can't wait to see the bonuses on the bp and greaves. I'll def be farming this set. Already have the gloves and 1 shard and seal for boots. Now I'm just on a hardcore grind to get to 120. One thing I'm curious about is what the added skill is based off of stat wise. I've heard slot of people saying it only adds like one cold damage but for me it adds 7-13 cold damage on same level ghosts. Makes me think it is based off focus cause mines currently at 515. If so the damage from the full set could help solo Druid and mages alot!

I think it's a fair question. The event has only been up a few days, so there hasn't been a lot of opportunity to acquire more pieces. Aileron got the gloves because of the quest he chose. Someone else may have decided to go for the boots first, someone else may have set their sights on the BP first, someone else the legs.

Since the title of the thread is a question, it is asking for information/confirmation. Completely different than if the title of the thread were an affirmative statement.
