I just looked. If you click the word "members" right by the log out button (on the non-mobile site) it gives you a list of all the members, sorted by the order that the memberships were created. If you go to page 189 there's quite a few people with no posts who have the name "Samhain___(some number)___" like Samhain01, Samhain02, etc., all created December 25th, before that post I had were I noticed the jump. If you go to page 190, the ENTIRE PAGE is full of those accounts.

*edit* I just checked, and it goes up to Samhain27. There are a few more new accounts with no posts. But considering that Amalia's tally doesn't seem to be going up I don't feel too suspicious about those

Your detective skills are fantastic tuba! I decided to do a bit of investigating myself and I found there are a couple of Namealikes to amalia and I think it maybe her, these are on page 188 of members list.

- - Notice how these to accounts are 45 minutes apart, thats to close to be coincidence, especially as the names are very similar compared to all the other members who joined around that time and it was 3 days into voting (23/12/12) when Griesbachaun was taking the lead by storm.

There are also "other" accounts that tuba mentioned Samhain00-Samhain27 there are 28 Samhain accounts altogether and the first Samhain account made (Samhain00) was made at 18:56 (25/12/12) (6:56pm) and the last Samhain account as of current (Samhain27) made at 09:30 (26/12/12) (9:30am) which gives the gap of the Accounts made in within a 9 hours and 26 minute time frame. This time frame is way to small for it to be a co-incidence and this is also around the same time frame were Amalia's voting shot up like a rocket (26/12/12 at 09:32) was first noticed by MrTubaPerson. This is 2 minutes after supposedly "Samhainer" had rigged her voting in favor.

Altogether there are 30 false votes for Amalia, which would of left her at 14 non rigged votes, which considering isn't so bad as the leader of this shortlist is currently at 29 votes this leaves a 15 vote difference which is not bad at all! It may not be Amalia, although I'am sure the "Amalian" accounts were of her doing. To find out who these "Samhainer" accounts were would require a simple IP address check with Amalia's IP address and at least three of the Samhainer's IP address.

Of course these 30 votes for Amalia should be non credited and investigated by a Moderator (Rogue, Xell or Dsgrendar) or a Forum Admin from OTM (Admin/Richard, Community, Lauren, Design, OTM Wulver or Support)

In my server lots of people dont have forum accounts hence they dont care as long they played free games.
Once you get hook up in the game your avid to seek knowledge in forum to find shared ideas and thats forum is.

My point is, its a competition not a politics voting.

You are not new to these forums, this account is simply as a Allias. Here is a Sentence from the user that backs this accusation up:

This sentence shows, that this person has been a Forum member since at least the last competition were users had to vote, which I think was the last Screenshot Competition.

"Richtter" Created the account at 03:27 (3:27am 27/12/12) and posted his/her very first post which happens to be this post at 03:47 (3:47am 27/12/12) exactly 20 minutes since account made. Now isn't that a bit strange, but it gets weirder. His/her profile statistics (Accessible if you click his/her name) shows he/her Last Visited at 03:47 (3:47am 27/12/12) so this means they logged off as soon as they posted.

This leads me to the Conclusion that "Richtter" is the "Samhainer" which may possibly be "Amalia" trying to win over the false votes that MrTubaPerson had found out, being committed by Samhain00-27.

What I'm curious about,is how it's going to be remedied in the future. Maybe automatically limit it to one vote per IP Address?

@Pestillence: Thank you for confirming what I was thinking. I'm glad it's not just the paranoid suspicions of someone now in 2nd place

@Richtter (or Samhainer, or whatever your main account name that you will normally be looking at the forums with is): Yes, I understand is that it's a competition. However, it should not be a competition to see who can make the most new accounts for voting in the given week. I have nothing against newly registered members voting, as they still have an opinion. My problem is when it's the same person blatantly shouting their opinion under multiple names until people think it's the right one. I'm sad and disappointed that someone would do this, and if I were the Samhainer I would try and find a way to undo it. If your true main identity is found out, which is likely at this rate, you will have lost all respect on these forums, and possibly this entire game.

I am on Danu server also, this is not a bunch of friends, they are some random lower level mage.
