the only issue with this is eventually every ranger will look the exact same , every rogue will look the exact same and so on .

I think the solution to this is the fashion slots. OTM has done a great job with costumes (wraiths, fairies, undead, crookback..) but has not really done much in the wayu of actual clothes. I would love to see a lot more actual clothes in the fashion slots. Ones that do not take up every slot, but have a different piece for every one. Like what OTM did with the coven clothing. If OTM needs ideas, maybe have an art contest on the forums, with the winner getting their idea made into a game item

Just as a suggestion, the set bonuses don't need to include every item. There can be a set bonus after 3 items which would let the player choose which pieces to wear. Or maybe include a necklace or charm in the set. So there would be 7 pieces to choose from in the set, and you would need 5 to get the set bonus. An example would be getting a set bonus by wearing a necklace, a ring, breastplate, greaves, and helm. or getting a set bonus by wearing a charm, boots, gloves, breastplate and legs.
My point of posting this is that maybe there could be a dragon necklace, or dragon charm, or dragon ring, that could be added to the set. You don't have to stop at limiting dragon items to traditional armor pieces for set bonuses.
