Lol, i call it a thankless job bc all to often they are going to be yelled at for doing the job. They will be viewed as the controling bad guys to most while there are only a few of us who will understand it. *shrug* i stand by my assessment that it is a overall thankless job.

in all seriousness tho, I wish them the very best of luck with it......and there is some extra lube in the right hand drawer. help yourselves.

In this post I'm just going to go over the new rules and explain the reasoning behind them. Whilst they may seem strict, we have deemed that these rules are necessary. These rules have come into immediate effect; however, we will not be retroactively going through the forums and editing posts that have previously been made. Whilst the moderators will strive to explain their actions, it may be the case that a topic or post will be removed without warning or explanation. If you find a post you wrote has disappeared from the forums, please check the forum rules and think as to why your post may have been edited.

Community said this in the same topic about the new rules doesnt it say they wouldnt be going through previously made posts and altering them? This is basically what ur doing when lockin previous topics which some should be but these were made before the rules and thus didnt violate any rules at that time.

Only things that apply are posts made OR commented on as of earlier. We can lock posts if they are added to in a detrimental way

True, and I'm not moderating posts that have not been pushed to the top of the board since yesterday. Any new posts from today, however old the topic, will be looked at as they are still active so will come into the eye of the community and will be dealt with. A topic from 100 days ago that gets bumped up may spark an argument because it might break the rules, for example.

The forum moderators and administrators have the right to edit, move, or remove any topic or post which they feel does not conform to the Forum Rules without warning, and warn or ban any user who they feel is in breach of the Forum Rules.

The forum moderators have the right to use their personal judgement if they feel a topic, post, or user is disruptive in a way not covered by the forum rules.

Do not post about locked or deleted threads, or other moderator actions. The actions of the moderators are final.

Ok not issue about you or any other mod but usually when leave to criteria of person always leaves to abuse and corruption just speaking on general here.

And because of the few bans about scammig been so selective i have my doubts.
