The biggest problems i have with target lock are there is no content for ppl at the max lvl therefore to continue to hve an interest in the game u have to kill other bosses below ur lvl. For example lvl 150s only have one boss to kill that spawns every few days, really this is boring. If the game had more content for these higher lvl maybe things would be different any other game with target lock had tons for ppl to do at any lvl but this game doesnt. My other problem is it removes a lot cometition for rival clans as now its not about doing the most damage faster its just about who can camp the most.

Get my drift? The main audience who are against the target lock are the people who can ks! This is to avoid ksing and to give the lower levels a chance at bosses against the high levels. Its to avoid a group of rogues attacking a boss midway through the fight and stealing it.

All those people who are opposed to this should have patience and test the lock for a week before complaining to OTM. I suggest remaking a character and testing the lock feature against the higher levels for a boss.

Also as a note the majority of the forum users are devoted players, they are high levels who play often and can ks when needed. Who is the voice for the lower levels? Obviously not them, the beta testers have been hard at work testing and perfecting this lock for everyone, not just the high levels.
I would sign it as a warrior TANK. It just feels like it is going to cause camping and completely destroy the competition fun i have had with my dps friends!

I realise there are a select few non dps characters, i was refering to the main players signing the petition were dps. The non-dps characters should also wait for the update to go live. When it does you can test this on a mass scale. I doubt camping will be a problem when beta is released.

There are alot more than a select few non dps that do not want target lock and I think there are some dps that want it as well .

Funny when I started reading this post I knew immediately it was about target lock lol

I think its a good ideal as it stops KS crying matchs at high lvl bosses as well. It also resets if people full wipe fail fight as posted . I think ur still able to help kill boss but u wont get drop so 2nd grp of back up help maybe able to help do a take down . Unless im wrong . But if im right whats the problem? First come first serve . For clans that help each other out its kool but for clans that just sale drops well their income will hurt if their not there and get that lock on first . So Clans need to work together to help their clan mates and not there banks so all can enjoy being in a good clan. My 2 cents. :)

make a different channel for all the people who dont want target lock.
and keep it normal for the people who dont care :)

"normal" is no target lock . Send all the target lockers to their own island
LOL, I like this idea, give everyone the option to choose which path they take, and get united with new players who choose the same thing.
