druids without lures lay out mages with lures. Simple fix is boost mages dps without lures to dps as hard as druids and rogues, then let lures be all bonus.

I agree sidi has very nice gear, but come on. I believe even with better gear, a druid should not make a slightly undergeared rogue obsolete. The only thing a rogue can do is deal damage and they are supposed to be masters of all dps. I dont know, Im just kind of taken aback that a few drops from one mob (aggy) makes a druid able to just crap all over a rogue with 150 lux and throw "class balance" to the wind.

New base lines r needed take ranger with medium armour and medium damage
Warrior with low damage and high armour
To me this should read high damage and low armour for mage
So wtf cut our damge down and increase costs of skills?
Because mage is op i hear you cry well if thats so why do
Rogues do same damge as me have auto and double my armour they want same dps give em same amount of armour as me and same spell costs or give me same armour as them and same spell costs

You seem to be underestimating the gear sidi has lol . No I don't believe a rogue without top gear should beat a Druid with top dps gear .

Oh wow. Im honored. A thread created just for me.

Im playing with a pretty goofy build right now with some of the best aggy dmg drops around. Our clan has been farming aggy prob twice a week since he first appeared. We have worked really hard and good aggy drops are crazy rare. Nowadays he drops such garbage, all four items get banked.

Back to the original post, with rings, i have all four druid dmg spells maxed plus two at lvl 50. Id be very disapointed if I wasn't crazy powerful. Of course, this comes at a rediculous energy cost. I was out of energy halfway through and had to take a break for sigils.

This whos the best dps makes little sense to me as a druid. I want better heals, better ways to protect my clanmates during bossing, etc. We are extremely underpowered in the support area as we get above lvl 150.

It all depends on build and gear. A similarly geared rogue or mage with a good build would beat a druid. I hate how people see a druid get a kill and automatically assume that druids are op. i have gotten kills at almost every boss in game, even over toons higher lvl than me. This is due to extreme dps builds with best gear in game.

Dunno why there is so much hate aimed at druids on forums lately. Why does it seem like everyone is trying to get druids nerfed? Have you ever been healed by a druid? If it werent for druids, some osses would either not be possible or require a ton of plat to kill.

Please stop hating on druids. We were the most overlooked, unappreciated, underpowered class for a very long time. Now that we can finally contribute in multiple roles, everyone tries to hate. I just dont get it. If you have a problem with your class, post specifics on forums and try to get it changed, dont try to get other classes nerfed.

While I can be objective to a certain degree with rangers and rogues complaining about losing damage compared to druids (FYI, their auto damage is broken. Fixed it OTM.)
I cannot and will not accept this kind of ridiculous statement as this is a whole new low ball to druids

When have druids ever become the new top DPS and what the heck you meant by its not new.
Anyone with a brain knows that mages are dominating the damage sector simple becoz:
1) They have lures which lower the mobs resistance
2) They have attun which boosts their base damage of fire or ice. (2 skills each)

Yes Yes we get it, there is the long cool down and potentials evasions. but DUH! So do druids!
Yes Yes we get it, there is the high energy cost of these skills. but DUH! Mages seriously want to compare energy cost to druids? Our skills cost more than you for a considerable less amount damage.
Yes Yes we get it, druids have the all mighty power full vines. but DUH! Mages really wan to compare which has more damage skills + damage support skills?

And don't forget, mages are the only caster class who got 20% casting speed or reloading speed boost and 20% energy cost reduction last update. Druids got unfathomable nothing.
So in gods name how the HECK will a druid ever beat them.

Foreals just leave Druids alone they are finally good and fix exept for their energy problems but I'm pretty sure that's every class I run out of energy like crazy. They only class that seriously needs to be fix are rangers their auto Is broke and so are some of the skills.. But this isn't wat this topic is about.. So wat if Druids get kill who cares!! At least u killed the boss when pikel gets the kill on a boss we don't over react or nothing we just go on with the game wat matters is that the boss is dead.
