I saw it spawn in V2 at the druid's spot next to fellfire's spawn

They can spawn where any druid spawns in Stonevale.

For instance, the druid that walks from Chillmist spawn towards the back of the area, has a chance to spawn there, too. And walks..

No they cannot spawn just anywhere. Just like other semi rare mobs they have a common placeholder mob that must be killed for them to have a chance to spawn. Ive gotten about 10 of these so far so they arent that rare. So far I know of only the three spots mentioned.

When i was in my lv 70s (2 days) i saw about 5 spawn

lol, before update 3 they dropped awesome stuff like gems (emerald, diamond..) and even quest items (demon stone, spirit stars...) but otm happily nerfed them and they now drop a *** page 99% of the time, same for atrisal, guzzletusk and faerie, making me hate these stupid skill books forever.

they drop covers/bindings now which i think sell pretty well

the red ones are pretty common and sell low and very few buyers
the blue ones are pretty rare though and people are always buying on danu

I've gotten 600-1k gold from harbringer, and page every time

too rare: gotta find one first......

conclusion: they are crap, crap, and crap.

Any druid spawn and anywhere aren't the same thing.

I've had them spawn by Starspell, Fellfire, walking near Chillmist, and 2 different spawns in the druid circle.
