Killing me with anticipation! Im excited to see new things on events, as they seem now just to be copies of eachother with same quests, different items

Nice event, but please no more randomness, it really puts me off when I see a level 10 with a sparkling white crown -.-. It was even worse when some guy handed in his first present quest, and got a rare sparkling crown... Next time also please add some good armour drops. Other than than very nice.

Well done on the event, really enjoyed it.

I disagree with people in this thread about the random quest rewards. It is fun not knowing what you are going to get. Perhaps a balance between random and non random quests will appease everyone.

The simple solution to the gathering presents quest is to make 2 options for handing in the quest:

Option 1: Hand in 10 presents for a random chance
Option 2: Hand in x presents to get the next color hat

That way eveyone is happy.

I also hate the random nature of the fashion shops, you dont have to make EVERY new fashion shop random. Its annoying.

Isn't there supposed to be a part 2 to belatine :?:
The Beltane event has not finished, and none of the Beltane content has been removed.

What has ended is the Anniversary event, which celebrated our 2nd anniversary.

There is more to come from Beltane, but it is an addition rather than part 2.
Correct me if im wrong but the Beltane edition ancient chests were removed when they were part of the Beltane event and not the Bday event.

I obsessed over white lugh masks and actually earned three of them. My white lugh masks may be my favorite things and you could not pay me enough to sell them. And part of that is the simple fact that you had to work hard (or pay someone to work hard lol) to get them. The randomness of the black mask chests added just the right amount of luck making the find an exciting one.
And i loved collecting coven hats, tho I did not get the white and I still kick myself for it.

I collected Yule hats with much less enthusiasm. Hated the random factor and eventually just threw hats away. Could not give away the red or green hats I had. It was much more fun to collect snowballs and hope for the rare cloud drop.

I couldnt really be bothered much to collect presents this time around - I collected enough presents to realize that it was waaaay easier to farm up 100k to buy a sparkly white crown than to collect thousands of presents with no guarantee of getting what i wanted.

I suspect if the next quest is an entirely random one I won't bother with it all. I find it frustrating rather than fun.

Mages were fun...the scrolls are pretty useless to me but make good gifts for low levels and the hope of getting a rare drop made it fun to kill them. And i liked chasing mages and fairies both. The rare torchbearers were awesome.

i dont mind the random aspect of the sunlit and pirate shops tho I wouldn't want every fashion shop to be random. I.m still trying for the elusive white pirate clothes :)

And Im not even gonna fess up to how much I spent on chests :p
