I would not say fashion is more female based in general. After all, females lucked out on the last few fashion designs which portrayed a 'less noble' aspect.

What you are describing is a bug when males use a hat and become bald. That should be fixed.

heres a great idea if u wanna where fashion just make a female character, besides who wants to spend all their time looking at dudes. (except with female chars you may end up accumilating too much fashion all my fashion alone takes up about 100 slots)
